Combining forces of creativity through alchemical symbolism, Jessica de Lotz and Sophy Hollington have created three bespoke sigils, cast in a choice of silver and gold and worn as rings, charms and pendants.
Long-time friend and renowned illustrator, Sophy Hollington’s illustration work has appeared in The New Yorker, New York Times and for projects with A24, Apple, Celine, Percival, Lush, Nike and Selfridges. Hollington is also the go-to for poster and cover art for bands including The National, Stereolab, Aldous Harding, Dinosaur Jr and many more.
De Lotz and Hollington have co-created a collection inspired by the alchemical process of creativity, to be worn as amulets to protect the wearer during the magical moments in modern life . Three symbolic sigils, designed by Hollington using her signature linocut technique, are cast with de Lotz’s signature hand-engraved wax seal approach, forming a gender-neutral collection of rings and charms set with semi-precious cabochon stones.
